This project is a rental property and the owner’s insurance required she add a safety rail and hand rail to the porch. She wanted something long lasting and attractive so we went with Fortress iron metal railing. It will last a lifetime and is virtually maintenance free. She was pleased with the results.

This is a an attractive little deck with many extras. We added an electrical outlet to the back of the house, the deck has the wrap around step, the built in benches, the pergola over the top, and even lighted steps. The decking material is from our favorite line of Timbertech decking products called Earthwood Evolutions. The color is Pacific Rosewood, hidden fasteners were used to fasten the decking, and the pergola material is pressure treated wood, which matched the decking nicely. Overall, this project added a nice touch of class and character to this homeowner’s back yard.

The couple who had us build this unique and beautiful creation took a vacation to Thailand before construction began and purchased most of the furnishings there. You can see in the pictures the bronze Buddhist statues, the wood carved wall hanging, the wall sconces which were formerly wooden wagon wheels, and the large teak bathtub, all of which were hand crafted in Thailand.

The sauna has electric heat and the shower has a propane instant on water heater to save energy. The roof on this structure is metal, which is one of the most long lasting of roof materials. All in all this is a beautiful site to see and a beautiful place to relax.

This is a very beautiful deck we built in the Boring area, it was a replacement for an old cedar deck. The decking material is a combination of Timbertech Earthwood Evolutions in Pacific teak and Pacific walnut colors. The main decking is the teak color and the border is the walnut color for a distinctive look. The railing is Fortress iron galvanized and powder coated railing. This is one of our favorite decking types because it is attractive, low maintenance, and comes with a fade and stain warantee. It is the first decking to actually have a fade warantee, traditional composites fade considerably in the first four months they are in the sun but not Earthwood Evolutions. This decking is capped with pure plastic which makes the outside harder so that it is more scratch resistant and Timbertech has come up with new technology which makes the amount of fade imperceptible. This is all around a great decking product and a very beautiful deck.

This was a simple one day job for us. The customer didn’t have any railing leading up to their house from the sidewalk and wanted a railing to match the style of the front porch railing. This is a really nice Ipe deck we built along side Enviromax Landscaping who installed a new landscaped back yard. This project incorporated a custom outdoor stainless steel grill, built in benches, a privacy screen, and a hot tub. This is one of the nicest decks we have built, very top notch. Ipe is one of the most dense woods in the world, it has a fire rating similar to steel, is very durable, and obviously is also very beautiful. This deck just added a good deal of value to the home and will last a lifetime!
