This home is a rental and this summer the tenant accidentally caught the deck on fire. Only about 25% of the deck was damaged but the home owner decided to replace the whole thing. We replaced it with the same style of deck that existed before. The only thing we reused was the metal hand rail going down the stairs. Its a pretty straight forward cedar deck over all.
